I created the Aligned Women’s Leadership Circle as an extension of my work in leadership development and executive coaching.
I am the founder of Agilita Global and a leadership development coach, consultant, and practitioner with a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, an ICF ACC credential, and Enneagram practitioner training l. My work bridges research, practice, and lived experience to support meaningful shifts in how we think, decide, and relate — not through performance or optimization, but through integration.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: alignment does not come from managing ourselves harder or adding more tools. It emerges when we begin to understand the beliefs, assumptions, and patterns that shape how we interpret our experiences and take action — across work, relationships, and everyday life.
Through The Architecture of Self-Leadership™, I offer a developmental lens for examining the internal structures that guide our behavior and leadership. Rather than treating patterns as flaws to fix, I approach them as intelligent adaptations that can be understood and integrated. In this work, compassion for the human you’re leading and responsibility for how you show up go hand in hand.
My role in the Circle is not to prescribe answers, but to steward a space where thoughtful inquiry, honest reflection, and small, intentional shifts in real life can unfold with both accountability and grace.
Shaped by cross-cultural experience and a career that has spanned multiple industries and contexts, I hold a deep respect for the varied and complex realities women navigate.
This Circle exists to support your ongoing practice of self-leadership — where insight becomes integration, and alignment becomes lived experience.
